How To Assemble
Step 1: Unpack the Stairs
Remove the memory foam stair insert and fabric cover from the packaging. Allow the foam to expand fully if it was compressed during shipping.
Step 2: Let the Foam Settle
Place the foam on a flat surface and give it time to regain its proper shape. Gently adjust the corners by hand if needed.
Step 3: Open the Cover
Unzip the removable cover fully and check the inside to make sure it is clean and ready for the foam insert.
Step 4: Insert the Foam
Carefully slide the memory foam stair insert into the cover. Align each step with the matching shape of the fabric cover.
Step 5: Adjust the Fit
Smooth the cover over the foam so there are no folds or loose areas. Make sure the edges and step corners are properly fitted.
Step 6: Close the Zipper
Zip the cover closed slowly, keeping the fabric aligned as you go. Avoid forcing the zipper if the foam is not sitting correctly.
Step 7: Place the Stairs
Position the stairs next to the sofa, bed, chair, or raised surface your pet needs to reach. Make sure the stairs sit flat and stable.
Step 8: Test Before Use
Press down gently on each step to confirm the foam feels secure and supportive. Let your pet use the stairs under supervision the first few times.
Step 9: Remove Cover for Cleaning
When needed, unzip the cover, remove the foam insert, and wash the cover according to care instructions. Allow it to dry completely before reassembling.
