Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at our contact page. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Free Return Eligibility
Some products may include a free return option. If your item is marked as eligible for free return, you may return it within 15 days of receiving it for any reason at no additional shipping cost, provided it remains in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Large Items & Special Return Conditions
For large or heavy items, standard returns may not always be practical due to high shipping costs. If your item is not eligible for free return, or if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before confirming receipt so we can assist you properly.

When requesting a return or refund, you may be asked to provide clear photos or videos showing the issue, including the item condition and packaging. This helps us evaluate your request quickly and accurately.

Depending on the situation, the following solutions may be offered:
i. Partial refund if the item has minor issues but can still be used, allowing you to keep the item
ii. Supplier-paid return if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
iii. Alternative resolution to avoid unnecessary return shipping costs

We strongly advise against self-shipping large items without prior approval, as return shipping costs may exceed the value of the item.

If a return is required, please wait for instructions. We may provide a return label or direct you to a suitable return location, such as a local warehouse when available. Always use a tracked shipping method and keep proof of shipment, including receipts and photos of the securely packed item, to avoid transit-related issues.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For large item returns, once the returned item is received and verified to be in acceptable condition, refunds are typically processed within 3 to 20 working days depending on the case and logistics involved.
