Has my order been dispatched yet?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 5 working days, sometimes sooner. You will receive a dispatch email once your order has been dispatched.
Please check your spam or junk folder just in case the email lands there. If you cannot find your dispatch email, or think you may have deleted it, contact us and we can give you real time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not.
What is your returns policy?
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
I put the wrong address for my order. Can I change it?
If you entered the incorrect delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours. If your order has not been shipped, we can update your delivery address.
If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
I ordered 2 or more items. Why did I only receive one?
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately because products can be sent from different warehouses.
You may receive one item before the next, so please do not panic if everything does not arrive together. The rest of your order should still be on its way.
I need to cancel or change my order. How do I do this?
We always try our best to help. However, if your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
If you would like to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate any changes as long as your order has not already been shipped.
My order is still not here. Can you help?
If your order has taken longer than 15 working days from dispatch, please contact us and we will look into it for you.
We offer a money back guarantee or will have your order resent.
Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?
There is a good chance that our email has ended up in your spam or junk folder, so please check there first.
If you still cannot find it and would like it resent, please let us know.
I do not have a tracking number. When will I get it?
When you receive your dispatch email, you can contact us for an update on your tracking.
What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We also accept PayPal payments.
If your card was declined, please do not worry. Simply contact us and we will advise you.
